Dear Parents, the end of the year is a time of reflection, looking back on what was and wondering about what could have been. This year, like last year, it is a more poignant process. Our lives have been disrupted by an unseen and unforeseen factor, and a new ‘normal’ has been introduced – one that we hope will go away. However, it seems unlikely.
The Trust Board of Tyndale Park Christian School is pleased to announce that Mr Prasad Patchigalla has been appointed as the new principal from 2022. We praise God for His provision in guiding Mr Patchigalla to apply for the position.
Dear parents, when 2021 started we all hoped for a ‘normal’ year. We were blessed to have relative ‘normality’ for many months until 18 August … Since then, a new, uncomfortable, ‘normal’ has developed. Our experience the past three months emphasise why believing in an unchanging, all-powerful God who is ‘slow to anger and abounding in love’ gives us the strength and hope we need to live an abundant and victorious life through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour.
Dear staff, parents and students, the prime minister announced just after 6 pm tonight that New Zealand will go to COVID-19 Level 4 Restrictions from midnight tonight. The COVID-19 Alert Level will be reviewed in 72 hours for all areas except Auckland, which will (at this stage) remain at Level 4 restrictions for 7 days.
