- The school operates a four-term year based on four approximately ten-week terms. Our term start and finish dates generally coincide with State School holidays. We are open for 384 half days.
- The school starts at 8.50 am and finishes at 3.00 pm. However, we expect students to arrive from 8.30 am onwards. When the school finishes, we expect students to leave the school grounds before 3.30 pm unless they are enrolled in the After School Care programme.
- The last day of terms 1, 2 and 3 finishes at 2:00 pm and 1.00 pm for term 4.
- We encourage all parents to note the following important dates and to participate actively in all school events. Your presence encourages us and contributes to developing a robust school-parent partnership. Together, we can create an environment where our students thrive academically, emotionally, and spiritually for God’s glory.

The school office is open from 20 January except for public holidays and term breaks.
Term 1, 2026 | Monday, 2 February | Thursday 2 April | Teachers Only Days - Thursday, 29 January and Friday, 30 January. First day of the school year - Week 1, Monday, 2 February Welcome assembly for new families - Week 3, Monday, 16 February Family picnic and Parent orientation - Week 4, Thursday, 26 February 5.30 pm-7.00 pm.
Athletics Day - Week 6, Friday, 13 March, (Save Day, Week 7, Friday, 20 March)
Last day of the term - Thursday, 2 April, 2.00 pm, No After School Care.
