Murphys Road Upgrade: IMPORTANT update

Dear parents and caregivers, the contractors for Auckland Transport, Fulton Hogan, have informed us that traffic will be rerouted onto the new surface sometime next week. This has major implications for entry and exit into our property:

• Entry: You will only be able to access the property from the southern end of the driveway, i.e. from the Flat Bush School Road side. You will not be able or allowed to make a right turn into the property if you come from Ormiston Road. This new arrangement does not affect parents coming to school down Redoubt Road but will have a major impact on all parents coming to school via Ormiston Road - if this is you, please study the map below for directions on how to enter our property.

• Exit: You will only be able to leave the property from the exit at the northern part of the driveway (the Ormiston Road side). You are not allowed to make a right turn when you leave the property and you are not allowed to leave the property from the southern end of the driveway (the Flat Bush School Road side). This new arrangement does not affect parents who usually leave school in the Ormiston Road direction but will have a major impact on all parents returning home via Redoubt Road - if this is you, please study the map below for directions on how to exit our property.

Please start practising using the new routes. In about a week's time, you will have no choice. Auckland Transport will be strongly enforcing this new road arrangement.
